While we prefer singles or couples with experience in workamping, our main focus is on people who are interested in helping us provide for our guests an experience they will long remember.

Our workkampers work 16 hours a week for their site, electric & cable and that can be broken down in various ways depending on the need.  There is also a discount provided to workampers at our on site grill.  If extra hours are required, compensation will be paid in accordance with federal and state guidelines.

Typical duties include:

-Providing our guests with an experience beyond expectations!

-Store Clerk/Reservationist: taking reservations, cashiering, stocking shelves, taking inventory, preparing lists for goods needed & keeping the store area & restrooms clean.

-Assisting guests checking in/out of the resort, computer based registration plus general administrative duties.

-General Maintenance:  Mowing, Trimming, Cleaning the pool & hot tub, resort cleanup, trash pickup & various projects as needed.

-Housekeeping:  Cleaning & Make Up of all Cabins, Lodge, Restrooms, Activity Barn, Laundry

-Grill:  Cooking, Dish Washing, Clean up of Kitchen & Store Front

The following information is included per IRS rules on lodging/compensation (irc1.119 (b)):  In order to perform your duties, you are required to accept employer provided accommodations as defined elsewhere in this agreement.  The value of the accommodations will not be included in your gross income.
